Incorporated in 1986, Sierra Pacific Mortgage Company has experienced impressive growth under the leadership of founder, Jim Coffrini, who has led us to become a top nationwide wholesale lender and originator. Sierra Pacific’s mission is to deliver consistent and competitive pricing and to provide our customers the finest experience through streamlined systems, the best industry tools, effective communication, and superior customer service with every branch, every day.
Today, Sierra Pacific operates three distinct business channels; Wholesale, Correspondent and Retail, and lends in 47 states through 11 Regional Fulfillment Centers. Our goal is to grow and expand our Wholesale and Retail channels by continuing to build strong wholesale broker relationships and add new retail branches throughout the United States. Correspondent Lending, our most recent offering, is designed to provide liquidity to emerging mortgage bankers.
